A COA is a document issued by an independent laboratory that verifies the identity, purity, and concentration of a compound. It is the industry standard for confirming product quality. At PureLuxe, every batch is tested and documented before it is made available for purchase.
Bacteriostatic water (BAC Water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol. It is used to reconstitute lyophilized compounds.
Lyophilized compounds should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once reconstituted, they should be refrigerated at 36–46°F (2–8°C).
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday through Friday. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of PureLuxe, peptides, or product contents on the outside of the package.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
